The rise of PPI complaints
The Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) scandal has reached it’s highest level in complaints since the past there years. The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) have reported that in the first half of the year, compared with the previous six months, complaints have risen by 24%. The rise of PPI complaints have totalled to 1.11 million, compared with 899,000 in the second half of 2016.
